HU is a Greek word for breath, or life is breathed into a body.  This is implying an animating force of Spirit enters and the life as a person, endowed with a soul and purpose, is born and lives by this breath till it ends, and an HUman being dies, ceases to be alive… all the animating vitality of life force, gifting life and intelligence, is physically recognized in the breath we breathe.

Thus, HU is Spirit entering in a man: Hu in man.
